TSP/TVP Protein Line

1.Designs of functional screw sections combinations of Protein twin screw extruder control technical parameters automatically and accurately when processing. The production line uses low-temperature soybean, isolated soy protein, wheat gluten etc as raw material. It not only can produce textured protein food with some intensity and tenacity, but also can produce fibre protein with higher intensity and higher tenacity with various shapes and sizes, such as: cylinder, chunck, sheet, strips, pellets etc. The production technology makes it to be possible to produce high quality textures/fibre protein.

Machine details

Series of Twin Screw Extruder:
1. Textured Soya/Vegetable Protein (TSP,TVP) is made through the textured soya protein processing line. After protein food is extruded from the dies of extruder, the food is sliced into granules, flakes, chunks, nuggets, goulash, steakettes (schnitzel), etc. by revolving knives, and then is dried in a rotary dryer.

Series of Dryer:
Function: Baking and drying the food. All kinds of theTVP/TSP food,snack food, pet food, peanut, nut, chew nut can be dried.

 Feature:1.The dryer has the compact structure, small occupying, large drying area, small surface area, slight radiating heat and high thermal efficiency.
 2.The belt and the heat preservation use the stainless steel; it is suitable for food industry.
3.The running speed of belt net can be controlled (frequency)
4.The temperature can be controlled willfully and designed according to the need.
5.Material touching the food is stainless steel, bracket is iron with paint.Motor is Chinese famous brand, Switch board operation
